Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Employment Conditions Product and Process Design to own and govern global employment condition processes within People Services. The role drives product lifecycle management, governance, and system enablement across HR partners, Legal, Finance, and IT.

Responsibilities include leading design of end-to-end change processes, ensuring legal accuracy, and optimizing the employee experience at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law or related field.
• 8+ years HR/HR operations experience with focus on employment conditions, labor relations, or HR process design.
• Experience with HRIS/HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday) and process documentation.
• Ability to translate complex legal/operational requirements into scalable processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own design, governance, and lifecycle management of global employment condition processes and documentation.
• Lead compliance with US/global employment laws and regulatory changes across markets.
• Partner with Legal, HRBP, Finance, IT and COEs to align processes and mitigate risk.
• Drive continuous improvement and product mindset within People Services for efficiency and employee experience.
• Maintain a centralized repository of templates, policies, and artifacts with version control and audit readiness.
