Job summary

Monzo Bank Limited seeks an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to partner with managers and People Partners across our business, providing specialist guidance on complex and higher-risk ER matters in the UK and EU.

You will balance employment law, risk and fairness, coach others to build confidence and judgement, and contribute to ER frameworks and projects that improve how we approach employee relations at Monzo.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ER expertise and ability to advise on complex, high-risk matters.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and employment landscapes; adaptable guidance.
• Strong understanding of employment law, ACAS, and tribunals is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and People Partners on complex ER issues.
• Adapt ER guidance to various UK/EU employment contexts and regulations.
• Coach and develop junior ER colleagues to build confidence and judgement.
• Lead escalation on challenging cases, balancing risk with fair outcomes.
• Ensure proper documentation and data quality in ER processes.
