Job summary

Monzo is seeking a visionary and highly strategic leader to shape and lead how we streamline people processes and use technology to leverage the impact and value of our global workforce. Reporting to the VP, Reward & People Operations, you will own People Technology, People Analytics & Insights, Global Mobility, and Payroll.

You will partner with leadership to build a data-driven foundation as Monzo expands into Europe.

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing and leading People Operations and Technology strategies at scale.
Comfortable translating complex technical or operational challenges into business-focused narratives.
Deep knowledge of GDPR, data privacy laws, and international employment compliance.

Responsibilities

Design and lead multi-year strategy and technical roadmap for People processes.
Set and drive AI strategy across the People Team and oversee a cross-team AI project squad.
Governance and stakeholder management to enable execution and protect data integrity.
Advance people analytics capabilities with high-quality insights and predictive analytics.
Collaborate with team leads to manage relationships and budgets with external vendors.
