SC Johnson is seeking a Director, Global Employee and Labor Relations to lead the function ensuring a strong, compliant employee relations posture worldwide. The role guides strategy, oversees complex investigations, and partners with senior leaders and HR partners to manage risk and support the business across multiple facilities and global functions.
