This role blends workforce strategy, analytics, and cross-functional program leadership to build enduring talent pipelines, drive capability development, and deliver measurable business impact across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading enterprise-wide programs or workforce initiatives.
• Strategic partnerships with senior leaders to shape strategy and transform organizations.
• Experience managing global, cross-functional programs across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic talent advisory and partner with senior leaders to translate workforce needs into emerging talent solutions.
• Shape global emerging talent strategy across internships, apprenticeships, traineeships, and other early-career pathways.
• Lead full lifecycle of programs: strategy, planning, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable operating models with governance structures for global execution.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, Communications, Legal and business teams.
