Job summary

Equinix in Dallas invites a seasoned Program Manager, Global Emerging Talent, to design and deliver innovative talent solutions, accelerating business outcomes and building critical capabilities across the enterprise.

You will partner with business leaders, HR, and ITS to align emerging talent strategies with workforce priorities and future skills needs, leading global internships, apprenticeships, and trainee programs with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide programs, workforce initiatives, or talent strategies in HR, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, or related functions.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy, drive change, and deliver business outcomes.
• Experience managing complex, global, cross-functional programs and organizational initiatives.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Ability to translate workforce challenges into scalable talent solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Advisory: serve as trusted advisor translating workforce demand into talent solutions.
• Global Emerging Talent Strategy: develop and execute global strategy for internships, apprenticeships, traineeships and pathways.
• Program Leadership & Delivery: own end-to-end lifecycle of global emerging talent programs.
• Talent Marketplace & Skills-Based Talent Solutions: integrate emerging talent pathways into broader talent strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: build partnerships across HR, ITS, and senior leaders.
• Change Leadership: lead change initiatives related to talent transformation and workforce innovation.
