Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Global Emerging Talent Program Lead to design graduate, apprenticeship, and early-career experiences. You will partner with Business and Talent leaders to ensure fit-for-purpose programs across the talent lifecycle.

The role requires leading design cells, aligning outputs to key skills, and driving data-driven improvements with ROI tracking. Travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience designing graduate or apprentice programs.
• Strong understanding of Emerging Talent delivery and policy.
• Ability to lead global program design and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign of Emerging Talent programs.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose programs.
• Lead program design cells, including governance and RACI.
• Measure program effectiveness (efficiency, effectiveness, experience) and ROI.
• Develop policies, toolkits, and processes for program embedding.
• Coordinate with HR to standardize performance management and end-of-program processes.
