Rolls-Royce plc is launching an Engineering and Technology Graduate Program in Indianapolis, Indiana. Over 24 months, you’ll rotate across engineering disciplines, gaining hands-on experience from design through to manufacturing and delivery, while developing digital skills and professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in related engineering fields with graduation by 2026/2027.
• Minimum GPA: 3.0.
• U.S. Citizenship or work authorization required.
• Willing to travel between Rolls-Royce sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational placements across engineering lifecycle and programs.
• Work on exciting projects using data, technology and AI to improve processes.
• Develop through digital learning, on-the-job training and hands-on experience.
