Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Global Software Implementation Manager to lead ELN and LIMS deployment across Regions, ensuring quality and compliance.

This role blends program management, delivery, organizational change, and people leadership, with about 50% travel and work-from-home flexibility. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software implementation leadership, global experience, CFR Part 11/GMP familiarity, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in software implementation leadership (LIMS/ELN or ERP).
• 2+ years in global capacity.
• People management and leadership experience.
• Project management experience.
• Software implementation leadership experience.
• Bioscience/laboratory background.
• Regulated environments CFR Part 11 / GMP Annex 11.
• Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead global ELN and LIMS implementation programs from initiation through post-go-live stabilization.
• Demonstrate strong program management, leadership, and communication skills with focus on quality and compliance.
• Establish implementation standards, governance processes, and deployment best practices.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and executive reporting.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for implementation and training teams.
• Direct change management and training strategies to support effective system adoption.
