Job summary

Eurofins USA Food Testing in Madison, WI is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead deployment and integration of scientific technologies across North America. You will bring strong scientific expertise and strategic project management to ensure successful rollouts in lab environments.

Responsibilities include guiding complex system implementations, coordinating with IT, lab managers, and stakeholders, designing detailed plans, ensuring FDA/GLP/GMP compliance, and providing hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science) required.
• 5+ years of implementation or project management experience in scientific/technical settings.
• Strong scientific methodology knowledge and lab environment experience.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication across scientific and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of complex scientific systems and platforms.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to align goals and requirements.
• Design and manage detailed project plans tailored to scientific workflows.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations (FDA, GLP/GMP) are factored.
• Provide hands-on guidance and training on system use and data management.
• Coordinate with science and product teams to bridge gaps and ensure outcomes.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize post-launch performance.
