Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in United States seeks a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Administrator to configure and maintain the LIMS at production units. You will ensure compliance with GLP/GMP and work with QA, Microbiology, Chemistry, and other teams to roll out new modules.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science with 3+ years of related experience, strong informatics background, and excellent English communication. On-site role with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with minimum 3 years of related experience preferred.
• One-two years of pharmaceutical laboratory experience required.
• Strong background in Laboratory informatics and data systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Fresenius Kabi LIMS computer system.
• Establish and adhere to standard operating procedures and policies.
• Support global validation and maintenance of the core system.
• Maintain the LIMS and troubleshoot issues for functionality.
• Collaborate with QA, Microbiology, Chemistry, and other groups for new modules.
• Represent the company in cGMP inspections and audits.
