Job summary

Enovis Corporation in Texas is seeking a Global Category Manager for Electronics to lead sourcing across motors, fans, power supplies and related subassemblies. You will own supplier relationships, manage direct material spend, and drive year-over-year cost reductions.

The role requires 5+ years in sourcing/procurement, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with MRP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, and shape long-term sourcing

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sourcing and procurement.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience with global electronics supply chain and BOMs.
Experience with MRP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
Strong negotiation and contract development experience.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of supplier relationship management and cost savings

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of assigned electronics commodities and vendors.
Primary point of contact with suppliers and owners of commercial relationships.
Analyze direct material spend for cost improvement and supplier consolidation.
Lead supplier contract negotiations on behalf of ENOVIS.
Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, and delivery.
Deliver year-over-year cost savings through sourcing strategies.
Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategy and alignment with business units.
Facilitate KPI-driven Supplier Relationship Management with key partners.
