Job summary

the company is hiring a Senior Global Supply Manager, Electromechanical to lead sourcing strategy for critical electromechanical components powering our next-generation wearable products. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers to bring innovative products from concept through mass production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in global supply management for high-volume consumer electronics or hardware.
• Experience leading suppliers through fast-paced NPI and production ramp.
• Experience managing overseas supplier relationships, especially in Asia.
• Experience sourcing electromechanical components for wearables or consumer electronics.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills balancing cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.
• Proven ownership and ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with ERP/PLM systems such as NetSuite, Arena or equivalents.
• Strong commitment to AI tools in day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supplier relationships including sourcing strategy and negotiations.
• Lead supplier engagement through the NPI lifecycle and manufacturing readiness.
• Build and manage relationships with global suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, operations, quality, finance, and program management.
• Develop commodity strategies balancing cost, quality, supply and roadmaps.
• Drive supplier performance through reviews, KPI management and data-driven decisions.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across teams and external partners.
• Travel globally up to 25% for supplier relationships and development.
