Job summary

WHOOP in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Global Supply Manager, Electromechanical to lead sourcing strategy for critical electromechanical components powering our wearable devices. You will partner with engineering and manufacturing to bring products from concept to mass production, manage supplier relationships globally with a focus on Asia, and drive cost, quality, and supply continuity.

This role requires 5+ years in global supply management for consumer electronics and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field; Electrical/Mechanical background is a plus.
• 5+ years in Global Supply Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Commodity Management for high-volume consumer electronics.
• Experience leading suppliers through fast-paced NPI and production ramp.
• Experience managing overseas supplier relationships, especially across Asia.
• Experience sourcing electromechanical components for wearables or consumer electronics.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills with ability to balance cost, quality, delivery and continuity.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems such as NetSuite or Arena is preferred.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial relationship with strategic electromechanical suppliers, including sourcing strategy and negotiations.
• Lead supplier engagement throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring launches, manufacturing readiness, capacity planning, and supply continuity.
• Build and manage relationships with global suppliers and manufacturing partners across Asia.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver on schedule.
• Develop commodity strategies balancing cost, quality, supply and technology roadmaps.
• Drive supplier performance through reviews, KPI management, and data-driven decisions.
• Navigate ambiguity and influence decisions to drive alignment in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel up to 25% to support supplier relationships and new product development.
