Job summary

Google LLC seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead global Environmental Health and Safety initiatives for high-density data center campuses. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive risk mitigation, and communicate trade-offs to executives, guiding EHS strategy across the project lifecycle.

The role sits within the CSRM team, delivering safety, health, and environmental performance as Google Cloud scales globally, including sustainability and compliance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience driving infrastructure EHS programs and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage the global Environmental Health and Safety Technical Infrastructure Planning and Development Strategy.
• Act as the central EHS authority for cross-functional and municipal stakeholders.
• Direct EHS reviews for land use, zoning, and urban planning including CEQA/NEPA.
• Lead water quality stewardship and hydrology strategies; evaluate watershed vulnerability and WUE for cooling systems.
