Job summary

Google LLC is seeking an EHS Cluster Manager to drive the Global Safety Management Framework across our dynamic Bay Area campus, partnering with Engineering and Facilities to implement safety solutions in R&D labs and complex electrical infrastructure.

You will lead regulatory compliance efforts, develop educational materials, and manage risk assessments to protect employees while enabling innovation across high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience with EHS operations including EPA, OSHA, and WA state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety solutions for R&D labs and high-stakes environments.
• Oversee documentation and tracking systems to scale safety programs across the Bay Area cluster.
• Collaborate with site leads to embed safety protocols into daily operations for compliance.
