Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10 years of experience driving infrastructure EHS programs, leading cross-functional teams and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage EHS infrastructure planning and development strategy across pre-acquisition to operations.
• Act as central EHS authority for cross-functional and municipal stakeholders.
• Direct EHS reviews for land use, zoning, and urban planning; lead environmental statements (NEPA/CEQA).
• Lead water quality stewardship and hydrology strategies; evaluate watershed vulnerability.
• Define and govern mitigations for acoustics, vibration, and air quality in high-density layouts.
