Job summary

The role partners with Facilities, Real Estate, Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, and Corporate Leadership to drive regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and a culture of safety and sustainability during growth and integration projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in regulated industries.
• Proven experience managing global EHS programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global EHS strategy aligned with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 management systems across global sites.
• Establish governance frameworks, global standards, and EHS policies for consistency.
• Promote a behavior-based safety culture across the enterprise.
