Job summary

CSL is seeking an EHS&S Solutions Architect to translate health, safety and security needs into scalable digital solutions. You will own the EHS&S architecture, align with governance, and guide the lifecycle from intake to continuous improvement across global teams.

You will partner with Global IT and process owners to define requirements, ensure data integrity, and deliver end-to-end, validated architectures that support regulatory compliance and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EH&S, engineering, CS, IS, data science, business or related field required.
• Advanced degree or architecture/technology certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in EHS&S, digital solutions or solution architecture.
• Experience translating process needs into scalable designs and roadmaps.
• Certifications in architecture, cloud or project delivery are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional EHS&S technology initiatives and multi-year roadmaps.
• Analyze current and future EHS&S processes, identify gaps and data impacts.
• Translate business needs into clear functional, data and integration requirements.
• Develop and maintain process maps, user stories and interface specs.
• Design end-to-end scalable solutions across EHS&S platforms and ERP systems.
• Perform vendor evaluation, due diligence and manage provider relationships.
• Partner with IT and security teams to meet governance and lifecycle requirements.
• Lead testing, deployment readiness and post-implementation validation.
