Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking an EHS&S Solutions Architect to translate environmental, health, safety and security needs into scalable digital solutions. You will own the EHS&S solution architecture, collaborate with process owners and Global IT, and guide the lifecycle from intake to deployment.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, document requirements, design end-to-end architectures, and ensure compliance with data security and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in EHS&S, digital solutions, enterprise applications or solution architecture.
• Experience translating complex business processes into scalable designs across functions/regions.
• Experience with enterprise EHS&S platforms and integration with data platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead large cross-functional EHS&S technology initiatives and multi-year roadmaps.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes; identify gaps and impacts on data/roles.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and interface specs.
• Design end-to-end scalable EHS&S solutions with data flows and system boundaries.
• Establish design guardrails; perform fit-gap analysis and vendor due diligence.
• Collaborate with Global IT, cybersecurity, privacy and enterprise architecture to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate tests, user acceptance and post-implementation validation; mentor teams.
• Own EHS&S metrics, reporting requirements and dashboards; manage backlog and governance.
