Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Technology function, supporting EHS and Compliance systems. You will design and architect solutions across Intelex (EHS) and Sigma360 (Compliance), ensuring configurations align with enterprise standards and business requirements.

You will translate stakeholder needs into scalable designs, lead design reviews, collaborate with vendors, and maintain architecture documentation while working with Legal, EHS, and Compliance

Qualifications

Experience configuring enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/HRIS/CLM) in a large org.
Experience with system integrations (APIs, EIBs, data feeds).
Familiarity with EHS and Compliance tech solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and configurations.
Lead technical design reviews and deep-dive assessments across platforms.
Collaborate with vendors on solution design, configuration, releases and new functionality.
Design and configure complex rules, workflows, and calculated fields.
Perform technical smoke testing prior to release and support UAT.
