Job summary

NewCold is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health functions on site and align with customer requirements and budgets. The role focuses on building a professional safety culture and embedding health and safety across the site.

The ideal candidate has extensive QESH experience in a warehousing setting, with knowledge of OSHA, EPA and related standards, and a Bachelor’s degree. Join a fast-scaling, international company and help shape site safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in light industrial/warehousing environment.
• 6+ years in Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA, BRC, VPP, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and implement QESH policies and procedures.
• Develop training materials for QESH policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and internal standards.
