Job summary

NewCold is seeking an EHS (Environmental, Health, Safety) Manager to lead QESH at our on-site facilities. You will promote a safety culture, develop training, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with internal teams and external authorities.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing or light industrial settings and 6+ years in Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health, plus relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a light industrial and/or warehousing environment.
• 6+ years of experience in Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA, BRC, VPP, and First Aid.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience.
• ASP or CSP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and awareness across the site while managing QESH policies and procedures.
• Develop training materials to support QESH policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular Safety, Environmental and EPA Audits of the facility.
• Advise site management on risk management for Safety and Health.
