The Gund Company is seeking a Director of Environmental Health & Safety to lead our global EH&S program. This leader will build enterprise standards, scalable systems, and a culture where safety is a leadership expectation across our manufacturing footprint.

Based flexible within our footprint, the role requires partnering with executives to shape EH&S strategy, support acquisitions, and drive sustainable, measurable safety and environmental outcomes worldwide.

Qualifications

• Multi-site manufacturing EH&S leadership experience.
• Experience building and executing enterprise wide EH&S strategies.
• Expertise in compliance, risk management, and safety management systems.
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• A track record of improving safety culture and organizational performance.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, and organizational growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
