Job summary

Elevate Digital is seeking a Sr. Director, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to lead enterprise-wide programs across multisite operations.

Reporting to the SVP, HSE, this role shapes scalable safety systems and ensures alignment with enterprise priorities while supporting regional execution. The successful candidate will drive culture, develop regional leaders for future opportunities, and partner with clients, regulators, and partners to uphold safety and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive HSE leadership across multisite operations.
• CSP required; MBA/PE/JD a plus; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise HSE strategy into scalable systems, programs, and standards.
• Lead implementation of enterprise HSE strategy across regions with measurable outcomes.
• Provide insights to influence enterprise strategy based on regional performance and risks.
• Develop regional leaders for future enterprise opportunities and foster a culture of safety.
