• Serves as primary advisor and SME for the NAF workforce on all aspects of the EEO program.
• Directs the NAF EEO program, monitors progress, and updates policies; promotes affirmative employment initiatives.
• Maintains relationships to promote a climate devoid of discriminatory practices; manages MD 715 program.
• Analyzes workforce demographics and trends to identify barriers to employment and prepares annual MD 715 reports.
