Job summary

Love Justice International invites applications for an Overseas Teacher & Instructional Coach Fellowship. Based in South Asia, you will mentor national teachers, model best practices in instruction, and support scalable resources while maintaining classroom connections.

You’ll contribute to professional development, collaborate with school leadership, and help build sustainable, kingdom-class education that empowers students to think critically and act with compassion.

Qualifications

• Mission alignment with LJI’s values and faith.
• Experience mentoring or coaching teachers (formal or informal).
• Strong relational and cross-cultural communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach national teachers to effective instructional strategies.
• Teach strategically through limited classroom demonstrations to model best practices.
• Develop scalable resources to support strong instruction and sustainability.
• Support onboarding and ongoing professional development through modeling and feedback.
• Build and maintain a network of financial supporters through regular updates.
• Collaborate with school leadership to strengthen instruction and systems.
