The role focuses on scalable education programs, content creation, and alignment with product launches. You will partner with Creative, Product Marketing, and Field teams, manage timelines, and help orchestrate key brand moments and education events while supporting international growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in education, learning and development, or training.
• Experience with prestige retailers (Sephora) is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work across time zones.

• Develop scalable global education programs for launches and retail initiatives.
• Translate product and brand information into engaging education materials.
• Support field conferences and education events worldwide.
