Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is hiring Field Account Coordinators to drive education, events, and in-store execution across NYC, Vancouver, and Dallas.

You will own sales performance, educate Beauty Advisors, and build strong partnerships with Sephora store leadership to raise brand visibility. You will lead trainings, support activations and store events, manage freelance in-store teams, and relay feedback to shape future strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in retail, beauty, or field education.
• Sephora experience required.
• Experience managing freelance or in-store support teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent e.l.f. Beauty in the field, owning sales performance, education, and brand execution across the territory.
• Build strong partnerships with Sephora store leadership to drive brand visibility and conversion.
• Lead trainings and education experiences so Beauty Advisors can speak confidently about the brand and products.
• Support activations, store events, and seasonal Sephora moments to drive trial and awareness.
• Maintain merchandising standards and flawless execution of campaigns and new door openings.
• Manage a team of freelance support and liaise between stores and HQ.
• Share feedback and trends from the field to inform future strategy.
