Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an Associate Manager, Global Education and Events to drive education across markets and retail partners. You will develop scalable education programs for launches and international growth, translating product and brand information into engaging tools and resources.

You will partner with Creative, Product Marketing, and field teams to ensure timely, on-brand education across channels and regions, including travel for key events and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in education, learning and development, retail education, product education, or training within beauty or skincare.
• Experience with prestige retail partners, including Sephora, is a plus.
• Familiarity with Sephora education programs, learning platforms, and retail training tools is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting global education initiatives or international markets is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable education programs to support product launches, retail initiatives, and international growth.
• Translate product, ingredient, and brand information into engaging materials, tools and launch resources.
• Collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing to reflect brand voice and product positioning in education content.
• Manage education timelines aligned with key launch milestones.
• Support education initiatives across field, retail, and global partners.
