Reporting to the Head of International Retail Sales, you will drive growth across global markets and optimize commercial performance. The role requires a strategic, agile leader who balances long-term planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced beauty environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years in retail or international sales with major partnerships.
- Experience in international markets, especially UK and Australia.
- Experience with Sephora.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international retail strategies.
- Evaluate opportunities with a commercial and financial lens.
- Maintain relationships with international retail partners.
- Own international sales performance and regional goals.
- Analyze KPIs and translate insights into strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, planning, finance, and operations.
