Job summary

Goodwin's Global Operations Team is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee the eDiscovery process on multiple litigation matters. You will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and vendors to develop plans, track progress, and ensure milestones are met.

The role requires 5+ years in eDiscovery, RCA and Brainspace certifications, and strong analytic and budget skills. You will manage vendor bids, maintain project trackers, and drive cost efficiencies while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of eDiscovery experience.
• Experience in AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) required; RCA Analytics is a plus.
• Brainspace Analyst Certification required; other Brainspace certs preferred.
• Familiarity with Nuix, Reveal, DISCO, and other tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with case teams to develop comprehensive eDiscovery project plans.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and ensure milestones are met.
• Identify potential risks and mitigate them.
• Leverage technology to create efficiencies and cost savings on each matter.
• Maintain project trackers and ensure all steps are documented.
• Use RelativityOne to process, analyze, search, thread, review and produce documents.
• Provide guidance and training to case teams on eDiscovery software.
• Analyze and report on all incoming data from client and external parties.
• Review and edit document review protocols for compliance with best practices.
• Monitor document review progress and budget considerations.
• Assist in creating privilege logs and liaise with vendors.
