Job summary

Amazon's Legal Operations organization seeks a Program Manager to lead the eDiscovery transformation at global scale. You will own the technology roadmap, drive cross-functional programs across engineering, legal, and vendor teams, and stand up AI-powered capabilities that transform how Amazon handles litigation support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to design or manage system integrations and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience evaluating or deploying AI/ML tools in a legal or compliance context.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end eDiscovery Transformation Program and define milestones.
• Define requirements and drive vendor integrations and data pipelines.
• Lead AI-powered tool evaluation, piloting, and ROI analysis.
• Manage vendor strategy, RFPs, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Align stakeholders and mentor team members, supporting hiring.
