Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Legal Department is seeking a talented Program Manager to support AWS's Sales and Marketing Legal team. You will manage projects, build tools, and drive global roll-outs across geos.

You will partner with legal and business partners, apply data-driven approaches, and demonstrate strategic thinking and discretion in handling confidential information. This role is on-site in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in program or project management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support the legal team's PMO with tool creation and process improvements.
• Educate and coach colleagues on project management best practices.
• Design and roll out projects globally across geos.
• Ensure stakeholder updates and project documentation.
