The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Associate Retailer.com to join the team in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office. This execution-focused role supports the Director of Retailer.com and global market teams in coordinating retailer.com launches, digital merchandising, sampling, and new retailer expansion.

The Associate manages creative assets, product information, copy, and launch timelines while ensuring retailer sites are accurate, current, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 Years of Marketing Experience required, preferably in Fragrance/Beauty.
• Strong understanding of Ecommerce marketing with an emphasis in understanding luxury brands in multi-channel selling environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retailer.com launches, digital merchandising, sampling, and new retailer expansion.
• Manage creative assets, product information, copy, and launch timelines while ensuring retailer sites are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track retailer performance and marketing placements, monitor ecommerce trends, and support inventory and sales reporting.
• Own operational processes related to door opening for new retailers and coordinate launch assets and timelines.
