Job summary

Wella Company seeks an Associate Manager, Global eComm & e-Retail Activation & Content, OPI, to drive growth for OPI’s online channels including OPI.com, eRetail, and PurePlay. You’ll execute tailored e-commerce plans, manage content production, and ensure on-brand assets meet SEO and UX standards.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, own content calendars, and optimize performance using analytics. Hybrid work in Calabasas, CA, with a focus on innovation in the e-commerce space.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail management roles.
• Experience with premium beauty products is a plus.
• Familiarity with content management systems (Shopify) and headless CMS (Contentful) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports Sr. Manager with OPI.com, eRetail, and PurePlay (Amazon) activation and strategy.
• Manages end-to-end content production for OPI.com, eRetail, and PurePlay (Amazon), including PDPs/PLPs/blogs and SEO-based merchandising.
• Leads content-related requests with cross-functional teams and manages global product range planning and marketing calendars.
• Track channel-level content performance, draw insights, and share KPI-based recommendations.
