Wella Company is seeking an Associate Manager, Wellastore in Calabasas, CA (Hybrid - 3 days in office) to lead front-end content enhancements and drive growth across the US and Canada. You will work with global teams to optimize merchandising, catalog, and content workflows, ensuring data accuracy and a compelling, brand-consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of e‑commerce experience with proven results.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and support eCommerce merchandising and catalog management for accurate online shopping.
• Coordinate promotional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Manage product/content workflows ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence.
• Support site content and creative asset management to maintain brand consistency.
• Contribute to personalization, merchandising, and site optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global partners on digital initiatives.
• Monitor site performance and customer engagement to identify improvements.
• Drive usability and conversion through testing and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure timely execution of digital updates and eCommerce programs.
