Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Global Education, Launch Specialist-Echocardiography to drive training for intracardiac echocardiography and related imaging technologies across geographies, with a focus on the US and Japan. You will execute field representative and customer training activities surrounding commercial launches for new EP and SH products, delivering expert clinical and technical support.

The role requires building curricula, collaborating with global teams, and assessing training effectiveness

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Affinity for educating others and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Ability to travel approx. 50% (including international).
• Experience with ICE, TEE, TTE, and vascular ultrasound is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate deep clinical understanding of ICE and echocardiography in EP/SH procedures.
• Develop robust training curricula for ICE and echocardiography specialists.
• Deliver training and support for new Abbott EP and SH products during launch.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, R&D, Clinical, and Education teams to update training materials.
• Plan immersive learning activities for product launches (webinars, simulations).
• Conduct large-scale internal and external training events with equipment and content management.
