Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Global Integration Education Specialist based in Austin, TX, onsite within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. You will lead planning, coordination, and execution of global education initiatives to support new therapies and product launches across regions.

Works cross-functionally with regional education teams, Marketing, Medical Affairs, R&D, and commercial partners to ensure readiness, learner competency, and sustained adoption of Abbott technologies worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in Medical Device or regulated industry.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience in a matrixed, geographically diverse environment.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate launch education.

Responsibilities

• Develop education launch strategies and execution plans for CRM.
• Coordinate global training deployment for product launches.
• Support onboarding and education programs for new personnel.
• Collaborate with regional education teams to ensure readiness.
• Manage content reviews, localization, and learning program documentation.
