Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Austin, TX seeks a Global Launch Education Specialist in Electrophysiology to lead training for new EP and SH products, starting with integrated intracardiac echocardiography. You will provide technical and clinical support to field teams and physicians, ensuring training aligns with local and global needs.

The role requires clinical background in echocardiography, ICE expertise, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• RDCS/RCS certification or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years in nursing/sonography or cardiovascular tech.
• Experience with ICE, TEE, TTE, and vascular ultrasound.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust training curriculum for ICE and echo specialists.
• Deliver technical and clinical support for ICE technology.
• Build relationships with global physician partners for training.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, R&D, Clinical, and Education teams.
• Lead large-scale internal and external training events with equipment.
• Create metrics to assess training effectiveness and iterate.
