Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in Austin, TX is seeking an International Services ECG Specialist to handle inbound chats and secure messages from both international and domestic clients, assisting with trading and account servicing. You will work on a collaborative, fast-paced team, share your trading and service knowledge, and help clients own their tomorrow.

Fluency in English and Spanish or Chinese, FINRA licenses, and ECG/eServices experience are essential.

Qualifications

• > FINRA licenses required.
• '> Proficient in English; able to read/write Spanish or Chinese.
• '> Minimum 2 years ECG/eServices experience or 1 year supporting international clients.
• '> Flexible to work chats and secure messages as needed.
• '> Familiar with Edge 2.0 conversation model.
• '> Strong performance in ECG/phone metrics.
• '> Risk awareness in written interactions.
• '> Active contributor in meetings and chats.
• '> Preferred: 5+ years in client-facing roles.
• '> Preferred: wide shift availability; 5:00am–10:59pm CT.
• '> Experience handling international client issues (W8s, new accounts, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound chats and secure messages from international and domestic clients.
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options and general account servicing.
• Share trading, service, and professional knowledge with the team in formal and informal settings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and help clients own their tomorrow.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
