Job summary

Charles Schwab in Westlake, TX is seeking a Dedicated ECG Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for private client and new client inquiries via phone, live chat, or email. You will provide market insight, online research, and guidance on investing fundamentals while delivering unbiased service.

The role offers hands-on training in trading concepts, licensing opportunities, and a pathway to future leadership within our wealth management division.

Qualifications

Required: Series 7 and 63 or 66 licenses.
Experience in Financial Services and/or Brokerage Services at Charles Schwab required.
Preferred: Series 66 or 9/10; or willingness to acquire.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact via phone, live chat, or email for private client services investors and new clients.
Provide market insight and online research on current market conditions and investing fundamentals.
Assist clients with trading concepts and develop solutions while maintaining unbiased guidance.
