The Role

We are currently seeking a Sr. Talent Program Manager to join our Talent & Organizational Development team! This individual contributor role directly impacts how emerging talent enters, grows, and thrives across our global organization. You will own and shape our global early careers experience - from designing structured internship and graduate programs to building university partnerships and continuously evolving the experience based on feedback and business needs.

You’ll love this position if you’re driven by variety and eager to make a tangible impact. It’s ideal for someone who effortlessly bridges strategy and hands‑on execution, partnering with global teams to build high‑impact development programs. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your passion for talent development and build experiences that enable emerging talent to thrive, build confidence, and perform at their best.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $118,000 - $147,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment‑based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

What You’ll Do
Early Careers Development
  • Scope, design, and program manage scalable global early career initiatives - including internship programs, new graduate cohorts, and rotational tracks that deliver exceptional learning and development experiences across the organization.
  • Define and monitor program success metrics, using participant feedback, hiring outcomes, retention, performance, and conversion data to continuously improve program effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.
  • Design and facilitate interactive development workshops tailored specifically for early career talent, focusing on essential professional skills, team dynamics, problem‑solving, and career navigation.
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments to continuously refine learning pathways, ensuring program solutions effectively bridge the gap between academic preparation and business performance.
  • Deliver world‑class program experiences that elevate our employer brand, directly positioning us as a top employer of choice for early career applicants.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to optimize intern and new grads to full‑time conversion, ensuring strong hiring outcomes and a seamless transition into long‑term careers at Addepar.
University Partnerships & Campus Strategy
  • Build, nurture, and evaluate strategic relationships with target universities, student organizations, and academic institutions globally to expand our early career pipeline.
  • Own our early careers social presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels, developing the content strategy, editorial cadence, and storytelling approach to strengthen our employer brand and engage target student communities.
  • Travel to key target campuses for career fairs and employer events, leveraging face‑to‑face relationships and brand awareness to fuel our early career applicant pipeline.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the efficacy of university partnerships, using data‑driven insights to inform future campus investments and targeting strategies.
Talent Programs
  • Support wider Talent and Organizational Development initiatives, contributing to broader learning solutions and talent mobility projects as needed across the organization.
  • Develop program frameworks, establish key milestones, mitigate risks, and execute clear communication strategies to ensure seamless project execution across global functions.
  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, business leaders, and people managers to ensure early career cohorts receive dedicated mentorship, strong management support, and clear pathways for ongoing growth.
Who You Are
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Early Careers, with hands‑on experience designing, managing, and driving early career, internship, or university‑focused programs in a fast‑paced global tech environment.
  • Strong, authentic workshop facilitator with a knack for connecting with and inspiring early career professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing external university partnerships and campus strategy initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing and scaling multi‑faceted programs across global, cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven ability to use data, feedback, and storytelling to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving innovation, and fostering a high‑growth learning culture.
