Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Global EA Finance Business Partner in Atlanta to deliver strategic financial insight to senior leadership, lead initiatives to improve performance, and manage regional finance teams to ensure compliance and process excellence.

You will partner with commercial and operational leaders, align budgets and forecasts, and perform forward-looking analysis while coaching contract accountants and upholding controls where applicable.

Qualifications

• Translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to challenge constructively to support better decision-making.
• Show strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in revenue recognition and contract accounting.
• Exhibit leadership and people management skills with experience developing and motivating teams.
• Ability to manage across a diverse portfolio of contracts, prioritising issues and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance business partnering support to senior commercial and operational leaders, offering clear insights and challenge.
• Prepare, iterate and present annual T&T corporate budget and periodic re-forecasts for accounts managed.
• Ensure alignment of global and regional EA financial budgets, forecasts and actual performance.
• Review, challenge, and validate assumptions from accounts in the region regarding business activities.
• Support decision-making by producing forward-looking analysis, forecasts, and scenario modelling.
• Identify and prioritise financial improvement initiatives that enhance profitability, efficiency, or compliance.
• Work with FP&A to produce budgets, forecasts, bid & commercials reviews and ad hoc analysis.
• Support monthly variance analysis & commentary by the financial control team.
