Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as a key financial partner, ensuring accurate reporting, contract delivery, and policy adherence. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and insightful management reporting while acting as the bridge between operations and leadership.

The role requires leading cost allocations, intercompany controls, and SOX compliance, using tools like Excel and Power BI to automate processes and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CMA, or similar professional qualification highly preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in financial management, controllership, or FP&A in complex environments.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and SOX governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end financial transaction process, ensuring accurate client invoicing and vendor purchase order management.
• Validate intercompany agreements and financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Review and approve client invoices and supplier expenditures in alignment with the Delegation of Authority (DoA).
• Ensure rigorous adherence to accounting standards, financial controls, and SOX requirements in partnership with the Financial Control team.
• Lead the annual budget development and monthly re-forecasting processes, providing critical oversight and strategic challenge to assumptions.
• Leverage advanced financial tools (Excel, Power BI, AI-driven applications) to automate reporting and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Perform complex cost allocations and financial modeling to ensure accurate contract profitability reporting.
• Consolidate contract-level performance data to provide a clear financial narrative at the sub-regional or sector level.
