Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting, contract delivery, and policy compliance.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, drive standardized KPI reporting and variance analysis, and leverage Excel and Power BI to automate insights, while mentoring cross‑functional teams to improve profitability and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA/CMA or similar qualification highly preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in financial management, controllership, or FP&A in complex environments.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems (D365, PeopleSoft, Ariba, OneStream) is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of SOX governance and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial transaction processes including client invoicing and PO management.
• Lead annual budget development and monthly re-forecasts, challenging assumptions.
• Provide strategic analysis and management reporting for leadership.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and DoA.
