Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Director E2E Product Planning to lead global, end-to-end supply chain planning across API, Formulation, Fill-Finish and external manufacturing sites. You will drive multi-echelon planning, DSRM IBP processes and cross-functional collaboration to ensure supply continuity and optimal inventory management.

Requires 10+ years in supply chain roles, strong leadership, international experience, and SAP/OMP proficiency; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in engineering, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, finance or economics is a plus.
• \u200bAn advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred.
• \u200bSupply Chain certification (e.g., APICS) preferred.
• \u200b10+ years in manufacturing, global planning, S&OP/IBP, and/or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end global supply chain configuration and related parameters.
• Lead NPI planning management.
• Align constrained E2E production and inventory plans monthly using multi-echelon planning techniques.
• Lead the DSRM for the team portfolio in IBP processes.
• Resolve E2E issues including allocation management and root cause analyses.
• Ensure supply continuity for Synthetics Platform across functions and nodes.
• Monitor operations and KPIs; identify risks and drive timely resolution.
• Develop understanding of key risks and balance them with tradeoffs for resilience.
• Drive harmonized communications across regions, functions and IBP forums.
• Collaborate with GPEX/JJT to develop digital tools (control tower, batch tracker, digital twin).
