Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 2 years of supply chain, operations, logistics or relevant experience.
• Experience in capacity planning or finish goods/raw material planning preferred.
• Experience in a regulated environment (Pharma/Medical Devices) preferred.
• Must be fully bilingual English/Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Proficient with MS Office; ERP systems such as SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production scheduling to support demand and on-time delivery.
• Interface with plant production departments to align schedules.
• Identify capacity constraints and adjust plans accordingly.
• Prepare production reports and monitor KPI performance.
• Manage Master Data in applicable planning systems for data integrity.
• Participate in NPI meetings to forecast and schedule new products.
