Responsibilities

• Actively monitor, analyze, and advise on global privacy laws and enforcement trends for TikTok's e-commerce.
• Review products and features to identify privacy requirements and ensure compliance with policies.
• Advise on data collection, use, sharing, retention, and cross-border transfers for creator, merchant, buyer, and logistics data.
• Assess third-party data sharing arrangements, vendor onboarding, and data processing terms.
• Support privacy impact assessments and implementation of controls for new products and processes.
• Drive global privacy strategy for e-commerce and coordinate across markets.
• Develop internal and external privacy policies, notices, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement privacy controls across the business.
