TikTok is seeking a talented lawyer to advise on e-Commerce matters and regulatory compliance across US platforms. You will help launch new products, review contracts, and partner with cross-functional teams to manage risk in a fast-growing environment.

Qualified candidates hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school, active state bar, and 4+ years of practice; in-house experience is a plus. The role offers competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of a state bar.
• 4+ years of practice, including in-house experience.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the business in understanding and complying with legal and regulatory requirements when launching new products, features, and initiatives in the US.
• Provide expert advice on e-Commerce matters including consumer protection, B2B/B2C engagement, advertising, influencer marketing, and IP.
• Partner with legal, privacy, and public policy to deliver projects within short timeframes while managing risk.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements relevant to digital and e-Commerce platforms.
• Contribute to template development, process improvement, and training to reduce contractual friction.
• Perform other duties requiring legal research, analysis, or negotiations.
